Personal data we process
Depending on how you use the website, we process the following data:
• Browsing: IP address, browser type, pages viewed (server logs).
• Booking and contact requests: name, email, phone number and message. Used only to answer you and organise your stay.
• MembersArea: login, password (stored in encrypted form) and profile information you provide. Kept while your account is active, then deleted on request.
• Newsletter: email address and name (if provided), kept until you unsubscribe.
Our data practices
Weonlycollect the data needed to run the website, answeryourrequests and manageyouraccount. We do not sellyour data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not shareitwiththird parties otherthan the technical providers listed in thispolicy.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address (and name, if provided) with your consent, solely to send you news and offers from Le Cercle Blanc. Our newsletter is sent through Odoo (Odoo Email Marketing), hosted Odoo.com. Emails may include technical elements that tell us whether the email was opened and whether links were clicked, in order to improve our content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email or by writing to info@lecercleblanc.ch.
Booking requests and communications
Requests sent to Le Cercle Blanc Office are used only to answer you and organise your stay. Emails are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA on servers located in Switzerland.

Some providers, notably Google (Analytics, Google Maps, Other Google cookies, Map display and security,variable) may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States.
